Alkyd Primer

Alkyd primers are basecoats used in paint, formulated with alkyd resins. These resins are modified with fatty acids and other components and combined with anti-corrosion pigments to protect metal surfaces. They are known for their excellent adhesion and corrosion protection, especially in environments with moderate or low humidity.
